Accommodations
Take a virtual tour of camp
Cabins
Camp Delaney has several cabins offering 8-10 beds with plastic-covered mattresses in each cabin. Upon arrival, the air in the cabins can be warm and stale, but the AC units offer quick relief. Each cabin also has at least one electrical outlet. We assign cabins to each attendee; please check in with staff upon arrival to find out where you will be staying. If you would like to change your cabin, please check with the staff.
Please do not relocate to another cabin without first checking with the staff about availability. Also note that all cabins are located along winding, rocky paths, and all cabins have at least one step.
Bring your own bedding.
sheets, blankets, and pillow OR sleeping bag, sheets, and pillow
earplugs
power strip and extension cord
Tents
Camping is available, but limited, in the spacious meadow near the bathhouses. The grass is rough and there are some shaded areas. There is limited parking nearby. We suggest you unload your car and then park near the main hall.
Bring your own camping equipment.
tent & tent stakes (It is imperative that you stake your tent! Winds and haboobs can be brutal! Personal items and bedding are not enough to keep your tent from blowing away!)
ground tarp
sleeping bag
sleeping pad
pillow
camp chair

Separate communal women’s and men’s facilities with showers
Bathhouses are complete with 3 separate shower stalls, toilets, toilet paper, two sinks, two mirrors, and electrical outlets.

Off site and RV
RV Camping
Sun Lakes State Park offers RV sites with hookups for an additional fee, paid directly to the park. Camp Delaney (where the retreat is held) is located approximately two miles from the state park campground.
Please note: Even if you're staying off-site or in an RV, you must still register as a Full Participant or Camper Only if you plan to take workshops or use the Camp Delaney facilities.
Off-Site Lodging
If camping isn’t your style, there are several non-camping accommodation options within driving distance:
Sun Lakes Park Resort – Located next to the state park, this resort offers cabins and motel-style rooms. They tend to book up a year in advance, so check availability early if you're interested.
Soap Lake, WA – About 20 minutes away, this small resort town offers hotels, motels, and vacation rentals.
Ephrata, WA – Roughly 25 minutes away, with a range of hotels, motels, and other lodging options.
You can browse lodging options for both Soap Lake and Ephrata on the Grant County accommodations page:

We recommend booking off-site accommodations early, as summer is a busy season in the area.
And remember — even if you’re staying off-site, your registration must still cover access to workshops and shared spaces at Camp Delaney.
