ONLINE REGISTRATION
To register online and pay using a debit or credit card via Square scroll down and choose your options below. Online registration includes a processing fee in the registration rates.
At this time, we are unable to process payments using PayPal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you prefer to register and pay by traditional mail-in methods, open the registration form, download and save it to your computer. Open the fillable PDF, fill in the form, save, print, and snail mail with your payment. Or, print the PDF, fill it in by hand, and mail it along with your payment. There is no processing fee included in the snail-mail registration rates.
WERKER BEES
A Werker Bee works in exchange for their registration fee. If you would like to be a Werker Bee please send an email to emeraldsanctuaryretreat@gmail.com to inquire about availability or to be put on the wait list. Once you have been approved to be a Werker Bee you can register using the Werker Bee option below.
REFUND POLICY
Retreat packages are non-refundable after purchase. If you are unable to attend, you may sell, transfer, or gift your space to someone else. You are welcome to sell your space in our Facebook group. Please kindly let us know that you are unable to attend and who will be taking your place so we can keep our registration roster up to date. Thank you!
By completing my purchase, I understand and agree to the refund policy. I hereby release Lisa Wood, Indigo, Camp Delaney, WA State Parks, and all staff, instructors, volunteers, and vendors associated with Emerald Sanctuary Belly Dance Retreat for any injuries or damage that may occur while I am at Emerald Sanctuary Belly Dance Retreat.
