YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES
There is no food or beverages provided by the retreat. You must bring your own. If you forget something there are a few small stores with limited supplies located nearby at the local resorts. Coulee City is a 10-mile drive north of the park.
Alcoholic drinks are permitted for those 21+. Please drink responsibly.
The kitchen is a fully-stocked commercial kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. There is a large walk-in refrigerator and a separate freezer. There is an ice maker and a microwave in the kitchen.
There are shelves in the walk-in refrigerator to store your food. Consider using a box or bag to keep your items organized and separate from others. Storing your food in a personal cooler within the walk-in refrigerator is a popular option. There are cupboards available in the kitchen to store your dry, non-refrigerated food.
There is a large commercial coffee brewer. If you want to partake in the group coffee option, please consider bringing a lb. of ground coffee to contribute. You can also bring your own personal coffee maker, such as a stove-top brewer or pour-over system. Click here for a full list of kitchen equipment.
DON'T FORGET THESE ITEMS
Commonly forgotten items include cooking oil, salt & pepper, paper towels, and a dishtowel. Dish towels, sponges, and dish soap are not provided by the camp. Please bring your own and consider donating a bottle of dish soap and a sponge to the kitchen.
STAY HYDRATEDThe tap water is potable and safe for consumption.
The high desert is a dry and hot environment. Combine that with physical activity and it's easy to get dehydrated quickly. Bring a reusable water bottle and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
