ACCOMMODATIONS

SLEEPING – CABINS
There are 8-9 beds with plastic-covered mattresses in each cabin. The air in the cabins can be warm and stagnant, but there are air conditioners and at least one electrical outlet in each cabin. Cabins are assigned; please check in with staff upon arrival. If you would like to change your cabin please check with the staff. Do not relocate to another cabin without first checking with the staff about availability.

Bring your own bedding.

SLEEPING – TENTS
Camping is available, but limited, in the spacious meadow near the bathhouses. The grass is rough and there are some shaded areas. There is limited parking nearby. We suggest you unload your car and then park near the main hall.

Bring your own camping equipment.
tent & tent stakes (It is imperative that you stake your tent! Winds and haboobs can be brutal! Personal items and bedding are not enough to keep your tent from blowing away!)

SLEEPING – RV, CAMPER, TRAILER
Recreational vehicle camping with hookups is available at Sun Lakes State Park for an additional fee paid directly to the park. Camp Delaney is approximately two miles from the state park camp ground. You must still pay the Full-Participant or Camper Only rates if you will be on-site taking workshops and/or using the Camp Delaney facilities.

SLEEPING – OFF-SITE
If you prefer to stay off-site there are several resorts on or near Sun Lakes and located within close driving distance of Sun Lakes State Park. You must still pay the Full-Participant or Camper Only rates if you will be on-site taking workshops and/or using Camp Delaney facilities.

BATHHOUSE – separate communal women’s and men’s facilities with showers
Bathhouses are complete with 3 separate showers, toilets, toilet paper, two sinks, two mirrors, and electrical outlets.

Bring your own towels and toiletries.
